Game vs Limited vs Elite: which Seahawks jersey to buy
Nike sells the same Seahawks jersey at three price points, and the store listings do a poor job of explaining why. The short version: the Game is a good-looking replica for about a third less than the Limited, the Limited is the one to buy if you want stitched numbers, and the Elite is for people who want the on-field cut and do not mind paying roughly double the Game price for it.

Game: the value pick
The Game jersey is what most of Lumen Field wears. Names and numbers are screen-printed rather than sewn, the body is a straight cut with mesh side panels for airflow, and it runs true to size with a long hem. It looks right from ten feet away and on TV, which is the test that matters at a tailgate. The screen print is the one place it shows its price: after a few seasons of washing, the edges of the numbers can crack. Wash cold, inside out, and skip the dryer and it lasts.
Buy this one if you want a jersey to wear, not display. It is also the only tier Nike makes across the full range of youth, women’s and big-and-tall sizes, so if you are shopping for a kid or need a 4XL, the decision is made for you.
Limited: stitched, tailored, the middle path
The Limited adds stitched twill numbers and a name plate, the Vapor F.U.S.E. body Nike introduced for the 2024 season, and a tailored cut that sits closer to the chest and shoulders. Side-by-side with a Game jersey, the difference is obvious in your hands and subtle at a distance. What you are paying the extra $40 to $60 for is durability and the feel of a stitched jersey.

Elite: the on-field jersey, mostly
The Elite is built to the on-field specification: the same stretch fabric, the same flexible twill numbers, the same athletic cut with a shorter hem designed to tuck into football pants. On a lean, athletic build it looks exactly like what the players wear. On everyone else it looks like a jersey that is a size too small, because the cut assumes shoulder pads and no gut.
It is a legitimate product and the right choice for a small group of buyers. If you are not sure you are in that group, you are not, and the Limited will make you happier for less money.
The colorways, and which tier they come in
Seattle’s four looks are College Navy (home), White (away), Action Green (alternate), and the Throwback Royal from the 1990s. The 2025 season added a 50th-season patch, and 2026 stock includes Super Bowl LX champions patch versions. Retailers list patch versions as separate products at a small premium.
Game and Limited are usually available in all four colorways for the top players. Elite is made in fewer colorways and for fewer players; if you want an Elite in Action Green for anyone other than the quarterback and top receiver, expect to hunt.
How to spot a fake
Counterfeits are common for Seahawks jerseys, especially on marketplaces. Three tells:
- “Stitched” in a Game listing. Nike does not make a stitched Game jersey. A listing that promises stitched numbers at a Game price is a knockoff.
