A holiday date, a national window, and a division rival with playoff stakes: this prices like a playoff game. The lower bowl will go first and stay expensive. The 300 level is the only place where the price stays anywhere near a normal home game, and even there the corners go early.
Sellout risk
High. A Christmas Day game is a destination for out-of-town fans of both teams. Buy by early December. If Seattle clinches the division before this game, prices soften; if the division comes down to it, they climb.
Where to sit for this one
For a game that may decide the division, the crowd is the product, and the Hawks Nest (sections 146 to 150) is the loudest and the cheapest way into the lower bowl. For the full field, the 300-level sideline. Weather in late December is the wildcard: the 200 level under the canopy is dry, the 300-level ends and the first rows of the lower bowl are not.
