How these guides work

Each guide goes up the week of the game and is updated through kickoff as injury reports land on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for a Sunday game, and as the betting line moves. Broadcast details come from the team's official listing, stadium times from Lumen Field's event page, and lines from the major sportsbooks as of the date shown on the page. We do not take sportsbook advertising, and the lines are there because fans ask about them, not as a recommendation to bet; Washington allows sports betting only in person at tribal casinos.

Game day basics that never change

Lumen Field gates open two hours before kickoff, with clubs and suites an hour earlier and the Ticketmaster Tailgate at the south end earlier still. The stadium is cashless and enforces a clear bag policy: clear bags no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or a small clutch. Tailgating is not allowed in the stadium's own lots, which are mostly reserved for season ticket holders anyway; the parking and transit guide covers the neighborhood garages, rideshare points and why the train is the right answer for most people. 2026 home games

Away games get a shorter version covering broadcast, line and watch parties, since the stadium section does not apply.
